Allison Transmission to price $400 million senior notes due 2030

Portland, Ore., March 6 – Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. announced in a Monday press release that it intends to offer $400 million of senior notes due 2030 (//BB) in a private offering to qualified institutional investors.

The Indianapolis-based automatic transmission company plans to use the proceeds to repay $400 million of its term B-3 loan.
