New Issue: Frisco Independent School, Texas, offers up $95 million of school bonds

New York, Nov. 5 - The Frisco Independent School District of Texas sold $95 million of series 2013 school building bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AAA/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not respond to requests for the winning bidder Tuesday.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2043 with 3% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to construct, improve, renovate and equip school buildings within the district.
