Portland, Ore., March 9 – Allied Irish Banks, plc priced a €500 million issue of 1 3/8% five-year senior notes at 99.971 to yield 1.381% on Monday, according to press release filed by the company.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Nomura were the arrangers.
The order books were two-times oversubscribed, containing orders from 139 investors, according to information in the release.
Of the final allocations 88% went to international investors.
The issuer is a Dublin-based commercial bank.
