Mexico's Fresnillo taps banks for roadshow, possible notes offering

Atlanta, Oct. 30 - Mexico's Fresnillo plc has mandated Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan to lead a roadshow for a possible offering of notes, a market source said.

The roadshow will begin on Friday and take place in Europe and the United States, with stops in London, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago and New York.

A Rule 144A and Regulation S issue of notes is expected to follow.

The issuer is a precious metals mining company based in Mexico City.
