New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million five-year non-call 0.25-year step up notes at 1.75% initial rate
New York, July 5 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 1.75% initial rate five-year non-call 0.25-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on July 27, 2022 and have a Bermuda call beginning Oct. 27.
Suntrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., Incapital and Finacorp Securities are the managers.
