New Issue: Freddie Mac sells $2.5 billion 1.125% three-year Reference Notes at Treasuries plus 12.5 bps

New York, March 17 – Freddie Mac priced $2.5 billion of 1.125% Reference Notes due April 15, 2019 on Friday at Treasuries plus 12.5 basis points, according to a company release.

The notes sold at 99.967 to yield 1.136%.

Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC headed the syndicate.

The government-backed mortgage lender is based in McLean, Va.
