New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $15 million five-year non-call one-year step up notes at 1.25% initial rate
New York, July 27 - Freddie Mac priced $15 million of 1.25% initial rate five-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Aug. 26, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning Aug. 26, 2016.
Multi-Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
