New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million 8.75-year non-call one-year step up notes at 2% initial rate

New York, Feb. 24 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 2% initial rate 8.75-year non-call one-year step up medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Dec. 22, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 22, 2013.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the manager.
