New Issue: Freddie Mac prices $50 million five-year non-call 0.5-year notes at 2.31%

New York, July 7 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 2.31% five-year non-call 0.5-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 27, 2016 and have a Bermuda call beginning Jan. 27, 2012.

RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Wells Fargo Securities are the managers.
