Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 28 - Freddie Mac priced $3.5 billion of new 0.375% two-year Reference Notes on Thursday at a spread of 18.5 basis points over Treasuries.
The notes were sold at 99.771 to yield 0.486%. Price talk was at a spread of 18.5 bps.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC were the lead managers.
The notes are non-callable.
