New York, Nov. 29 - Freddie Mac priced $500 million of 3.8% 10-year non-call 0.25-year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Dec. 17, 2020 and have a Bermuda call beginning March 17, 2011.
Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith is the manager.
