France Telecom files automatic shelf registration for debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 12 - France Telecom SA filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an F-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

France Telecom is a communications company based in Paris.
