Fossil Group privately placing term loan B for refinancing

New York, Sept. 19 – Fossil Group Inc. privately placed a new term loan B (BB) that was led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, according to a market source.

Proceeds are being used to refinance existing debt.

Fossil is a Richardson, Tex.-based designer and marketer of fashion accessories.
