Allianz Funds Multi-Strategy Trust announces fees, expenses

San Diego, Nov. 22 - Allianz Funds Multi-Strategy Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission the annual fund operating expenses and shareholder fees for some of its share classes.

Class P shares, class D shares and institutional class shares of the trust will carry annual fund operating expenses of 1.05%, 1.3% and 0.95%, respectively. Class A and class C shares will carry expenses of 1.3% and 2.05%, respectively.

Class P, class D and institutional class shares will not incur shareholder fees.

Class A shares will incur a maximum sales load of 5.5% of the offering price, whereas class C shares have no maximum sales charge. Both can have a maximum contingent deferred sales charge of 1%.

As previously reported, the trust will change its name to Allianz NFJ International Value II Fund on Dec. 1.

The trust is advised by New York-based Allianz Global Investors Fund Management LLC.
