New Issue: UBS prices $8.29 million contingent income autocallables with memory on Ford

Chicago, Sept. 14 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $8.29 million of contingent income autocallable securities with memory coupon due Sept. 11, 2026 linked to the common stock of Ford Motor Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 11% if the stock closes above its 50% coupon barrier on the corresponding observation date. Previously unpaid coupons, if any, will be automatically included whenever a coupon is paid.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the shares close at or above the initial share price on any quarterly determination date.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 50% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus all unpaid coupons.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the stock’s decline from its initial share price.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent and Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
