S&P: Fonciere des Regions BBB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BBB-/A-3 long- and short-term corporate credit ratings to Fonciere des Regions. The outlook is stable.

The agency said the ratings reflect its view of the company's strong business risk profile and significant financial risk profile. The ratings also factor in the low industry risk inherent to the real estate investment sector.
