Alliant Holdings sets Wednesday call for $360 million add-on term loan

New York, Jan. 9 – Alliant Holdings will hold a conference call on Wednesday to launch its $360 million add-on first-lien term loan, according to a market source.

Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. and KKR Capital Markets LLC are the leads on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund acquisitions.

Alliant is a Newport Beach, Calif.-based specialty insurance brokerage firm.
