FMC plans to price $400 million of 10-year senior notes

Virginia Beach, Nov. 12 - FMC Corp. is set to price $400 million of senior notes due 2024, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a market source.

The bookrunners are BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.

Proceeds will be used to repay commercial paper and for general corporate purposes.

The diversified chemical company is based in Philadelphia.
