AllianceBernstein Multi-Asset Real Return Portfolio may invest in ETFs

San Diego, March 9 - The AllianceBernstein Multi-Asset Real Return Portfolio may now invest in exchange-traded funds in lieu of making direct investments in equity or fixed-income securities, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

New York-based AllianceBernstein LP is the investment adviser for the fund.
