AllianceBernstein Limited Duration High Income adds Rudolph-Shabinsky

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Feb. 13 - AllianceBernstein Bond Fund, Inc. announced that Ivan Rudolph-Shabinsky has joined the portfolio management team of the AllianceBernstein Limited Duration High Income Portfolio, effective this month, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Rudolph-Shabinsky joins existing portfolio managers Gershon M. Distenfeld, Ashish C. Shah and Michael E. Sohr in managing the portfolio. Amy Strugazow is no longer part of the team.

The portfolio seeks the highest level of income that is available without assuming undue risk. It invests mainly in corporate fixed-income securities rated below investment grade.

New York-based AllianceBernstein LP is the investment adviser to the fund.
