Five AllianceBernstein funds make portfolio management changes

San Diego, Feb. 16 - AllianceBernstein announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it has added portfolio managers to several funds.

Frank V. Caruso, Vincent C. DuPont and John H. Fogarty have been appointed portfolio managers of the AllianceBernstein Large Cap Growth Fund. The previous managers were Joseph R. Elegante, Jason P. Ley, David F. Randell and Patrick Scott Wallace.

Jean-Francois Van de Walle is now the sole portfolio manager of the AllianceBernstein Greater China '97 Fund. Richard Chow is no longer a portfolio manager of the fund.

Eric J. Franco is now a portfolio manager of the AllianceBernstein Global Real Estate Investment Fund II and the AllianceBernstein Real Estate Investment Portfolio. Teresa Marziano, Prashant Tewari and Diane Won were the former portfolio managers.

Daniel C. Roarty has been added to the portfolio management team of the AllianceBernstein International Growth Portfolio, joining Robert Alster, William A. Johnston, Daniel C. Roarty, Tassos Stassopoulos and Christopher M. Toub.

New York-based AllianceBernstein LP is the investment adviser to the funds.
