FT 3310 registers two separate Strategic Allocation portfolios

San Diego, Dec. 9 - FT 3310 has registered units of its two separate portfolios, the 60/40 Strategic Allocation Portfolio, First Quarter 2012 Series and the 75/25 Strategic Allocation Portfolio, First Quarter 2012 Series, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Wheaton, Ill.-based First Trust Portfolios LP.

Both portfolios seek above-average total return by investing in a diversified portfolio of common stocks and exchange-traded funds, the portfolios of which are invested in fixed-income securities.

The units will have a public offering price of $10 and net asset value of $9.676 each. They will each carry a maximum sales charge of 2.95%, consisting of a 1% initial sales charge, a 1.45% deferred sales charge and a 0.5% creation and development fee. The fee may be reduced on a sliding scale to 1.4% depending on the amount of investment.

The trust will have an inception date of January 2012 and a mandatory termination date of April 10, 2013.
