Alliance One to price $600 million seven-year Rule 144A notes Friday

St. Louis, June 22 - Leaf tobacco merchant Alliance One International, Inc. will hold a roadshow for a $600 million offering of seven-year senior unsecured notes through the present week, according to an informed source.
Pricing is set for Friday.
Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and ING are bookrunners for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering.
The notes come with four years of call protection and a change-of-control put at 101%.
Credit ratings remain to be determined.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt.
The prospective issuer is based in Morrisville, N.C.
