Alliance Laundry amends loan, naming new administrative agent

New York, March 16 - Alliance Laundry Systems LLC amended its credit facility, replacing Lehman as administrative agent with Bank of America, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

In addition, the amendment increased the amount of letters of credit that may be issued to $40 million from $35 million.

The amendment was completed on March 12.

Alliance Laundry is a Ripon, Wis.-based laundry equipment manufacturer.
