Alliance Laundry seeks replacement for Lehman as agent and funding commitments

New York, Nov. 6 - Alliance Laundry Holdings LLC is working on replacing Lehman Brothers as the administrative agent on its credit facility and getting a new lender to take Lehman's revolver commitment, according to a 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

The company hopes to complete these actions in the fourth quarter.

Alliance Laundry is a Ripon, Wis.-based laundry equipment manufacturer.
