Moody's: Alliance unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said Alliance Healthcare, Inc.'s announcement that it is upsizing its new credit facilities to $470 million from $390 million is modestly credit positive. The B1 corporate family rating, B1-PD probability of default rating, Ba3 senior secured credit facilities and B3 senior notes are unchanged.
