Philippines' Alliance Global plans dollar benchmark notes due 2017

Atlanta, Aug. 12 - Philippines-based Alliance Global Group Inc. is planning a dollar-denominated benchmark-sized issue of senior unsecured bonds due 2017, according to a market source.

UBS is the bookrunner for the Regulation S-only deal.

Alliance Global Group is a Quezon City, the Philippines-based food and beverage conglomerate.
