Alliance Data to repay revolver debt via senior note offering proceeds

Norfolk, Va., July 24 – Alliance Data Systems Corp. expects to repay a portion of the outstanding debt under its revolving credit facility with the proceeds from a senior notes offering, according to a press release.

Alliance Data is a Plano, Texas-based provider of direct marketing services.
