Navistar plans to sell Ps. 100 million of 336-day certificados bursatiles on Thursday

New York, March 29 - Servicios Financieros Navistar Sofol plans to sell Ps. 100 million of 336-day certificados bursatiles via an auction on Thursday.

The maturity date is March 2, 2007.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent for the transaction. Settlement is scheduled for Friday.

The issue number is 014 in Navistar's current certificados bursatiles program.

Mexico City-based Financieros Navistar is the financial arm of Warrenville, Ill., truck maker Navistar International.
