New Issue: Financieros Navistar sells Ps. 150 million 84-day certificados bursatiles at 8.83%

New York, Dec. 15 - Servicios Financieros Navistar SA de CV Sofol issued Ps. 150 million of 84-day certificados bursatiles (//F1(mex)) at par to yield 8.83% via an auction on Thursday.

Bids ranged from 8.81% to 8.87%.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for the transaction.

The issue number is 011 in Navistar's current certificados bursatiles program.

Mexico City-based Financieros Navistar is the financial arm of Warrenville, Ill., truck maker Navistar International.
