Mexico's Financiera Independencia plans to sell up to $200 million five-year bonds by mid-week

Atlanta, March 22 - Mexico's Financiera Independencia is expected to price a $150 million to $200 million offering of five-year bonds by the middle of the March 22 week, according to an informed market source.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the deal, which is being talked at a yield of 10% to 10¼%.

Financiera Independencia is a Pena Blanca Santa Fe, Mexico-based microfinance lender.
