New Issue: BofA Finance sells $500,000 enhanced return notes on funds

New York, Dec. 17 – BofA Finance LLC priced $500,000 of 0% enhanced return notes due Dec. 20, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Financial Select Sector SPDR fund, the Technology Select Sector SPDR fund and the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the funds gain, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the index gain of the worst performer.
If the funds declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser performing fund declines from its initial level.
