Kazakhstan's Alliance Bank talks euro-denominated five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 400 bps area

New York, Jan. 23 - JSC Alliance Bank of Kazakhstan is talking its euro-denominated benchmark-sized offering of five-year fixed-rate notes (Ba2//BB-) in the area of mid-swaps plus 400 basis points, which is equivalent to a yield in the area of 8.16%, according to a market source.

HSBC and UBS are managing the Regulation S sale, which will be issued via ALB Finance BV, a Netherlands-based special purpose vehicle.

The roadshow is expected to wrap up in Athens on Thursday.
