By Reshmi Basu

New York, Sept. 5 - Alliance Bank JSC Kazakhstan plans to start a roadshow this week for a dollar-denominated offering of seven-year eurobonds (Ba2//BB-), according to a market source.

The roadshow will begin in Los Angeles on Friday, move to Boston on Monday, move to New York on Sept. 12 and wrap up in London on Sept. 13.

The issue will be structured as senior fixed-rate bonds.

Credit Suisse and JP Morgan are running the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction for the Almaty, Kazakhstan-based bank.
