Singapore's Allgreen Properties to issue S$20 million three-year notes under MTN program

New York, Sept. 7 - Allgreen Properties Ltd. said it plans to issue S$20 million of 2.39% fixed-rate notes under its S$500 million medium-term note program.

The notes will mature on Sept. 10, 2007.

Proceeds will be used to finance general working capital requirements.

The notes will settle on Sept. 8.

The issuance would be the third series of notes issued under the company's S$500 million medium-term note program, which was established in May 2000.

Allgreen Properties is involved in residential and commercial property development, management and investment activities.
