Several Fidelity trusts end service agreement with Fidelity Research

San Diego, Dec. 8 - Fidelity Investment Trust, Fidelity Advisor Series I, Fidelity Financial Trust and Fidelity Mt. Vernon Street Trust announced it has terminated its general research services agreement with Fidelity Research & Analysis Co. for several of its funds, according to 497 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Accordingly, the following portfolio management changes have been made:

• Bobby Bao is the portfolio manager of Fidelity China Region Fund as of Oct.1, replacing Joseph Tse;

• Per Johansson is the portfolio manager of Fidelity Nordic Fund as of April 1, 2011, replacing Melissa Reilly;

• Rie Shigekawa is the portfolio manager of Fidelity Japan Fund as of May 2011, replacing Robert Rowland;

• Alexander Zavratsky was added as the portfolio manager of Fidelity International Value Fund as of September 2011. Previously he was co-manager along with Jed Weiss. Zavratsky is also co-manager of Fidelity Total International Equity Fund;

• Scott Offen is the portfolio manager of Fidelity Equity-Income II Fund as of Oct. 26, replacing Stephen Petersen;

• James Morrow, lead portfolio manager, and co-managers Adam Kramer and Ramona Persaud have replaced Stephen Petersen as the portfolio manager of the Fidelity Equity-Income Fund as of October 2011;

The funds' investment adviser is Boston-based Fidelity Management & Research Co.
