New Issue: FHLB upsizes to $30 million 8.5-year callable step up notes at 1.5% initial rate

New York, April 13 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $30 million its sale of 1.5% initial rate 8.5-year callable step up notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Oct. 30, 2020 and have a Bermuda call.

FHLB originally priced $15 million of the issue.

Bank of New York Mellon and Amherst are the managers.
