FBC Holding negotiates $2 million private placement of preferred stock

Company orchestrates offering with Wearology; pricing to be determined

By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 14 - FBC Holding Inc. said it plans a $2 million preferred stock financing with Wearology Ltd. USA.

The price will be based on the five day volume weighted average price and determined by individual tranche notices that the company submits to Wearology.

"We are extremely pleased with the financing," the company's president Christopher LeClerc said in a press release. "It allows us to roll out new product lines across many of our newly acquired licenses."

Based in Dover, N.H., FBC Holding creates original and inspired vinyl collectibles. It will be changing its name to Super Rad Industries.
