Fannie Mae to offer five-year Benchmark Notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., July 2 – Fannie Mae announced that it will issue Benchmark Notes due July 2, 2024.

The company said in a press release that the settlement date for the notes is July 8, by which time the company will have decided on the issue size and coupon.

Barclays, CastleOak Securities, LP, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Nomura Securities International, Inc. are the bookrunners.

The co-managers are C.L. King & Associates, Drexel Hamilton, LLC, MFR Securities, Inc., Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. Inc. and Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co. LLC.

Fannie Mae is a mortgage credit provider based in Washington, D.C.
