Fannie Mae to sell five-year Benchmark Notes; deal closes on Friday

Tupelo, Miss., Feb. 2 – Fannie Mae announced on Tuesday that it plans to price an offering of Benchmark Notes due Feb. 26, 2021.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Nomura Securities International, Inc. are the lead managers.

The co-managers include FTN Financial Securities Corp., Great Pacific Securities, Multi-Bank Securities Inc., S.A. Ramirez & Co. and TD Securities (USA) LLC.

The deal is expected to close on Friday.

Fannie Mae will apply to list the securities on the EuroMTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The mortgage credit provider is based in Washington, D.C.
