Fitch: Extramarks BBB+(ind)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Extramarks Education Private Ltd. a national long-term rating of Fitch BBB+(ind).

The outlook is stable.

According to the agency, the ratings reflect Extramarks' conservative financial profile, which is further strengthened by equity investment from Reliance Strategic Investments Ltd.
