Moody's: Express Scripts view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook of Express Scripts Holding Co. to positive from stable.

The existing Baa3 senior unsecured debt ratings were affirmed.

"Express Scripts should be able to generate relatively strong cash flow and maintain moderate leverage despite operating challenges," Moody's vice president and senior credit officer Diana Lee said in a news release. "Although script volume has declined since the 2012 merger with Medco, the company has been able to realize cost synergies."
