S&P lifts Express Pipeline view to stable

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed the ratings on Express Pipeline System and revised the outlook to stable from negative.

The agency said it expects volume and cash flow to remain stable in 2013 due to favorable industry conditions and some upside from Spectra Energy Corp.'s marketing efforts, S&P said.
