New Issue: EXIM Thailand sells $150 million of notes in two tranches due 2031

New York, March 12 – Export-Import Bank of Thailand issued $150 million of notes in two tranches due 2031 on Friday, according to a notice.

A $100 million tranche of 2.599% notes was sold via Cathay United Bank Co. Ltd. as lead manager and bookrunner. And a $50 million tranche of 2.607% notes was sold by Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. as lead manager and bookrunner.

The Regulation S notes will be listed and quoted on the Singapore exchange effective on Monday.

The bank is based in Bangkok.
