Korea’s Kexim to issue dual dollar-denominated floating-rate notes

New York, May 23 – The Export-Import Bank of Korea (Kexim) is planning to issue dual tranches of dollar-denominated floating-rate notes, according to a company filing.
Citigroup, ING, JPMorgan, Korea Development Bank, Morgan Stanley and Societe General CIB are the joint bookrunners and lead managers for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal, and Kexim Bank (UK) Ltd. is a co-manager.
The proceeds will be used for general operations.
The lender is based in Seoul.
