Exelon Infrastructure OKs plans for Rs. 2 billion of convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., March 7 - Exelon Infrastructure Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue Rs. 2 billion of foreign currency convertible bonds at an extraordinary general meeting on March 7.

The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Exelon Infrastructure is an infrastructure development company based in Mumbai, India.
