By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, June 1 – Exelon Generation Co. LLC reoffered eleven issues of tax-exempt pollution control revenue refunding bonds totaling $435.47 million, according to a form 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds were previously repurchased due to market conditions.

Through the reoffering, the rate on the bonds was modified so various issues bear interest at term rates from 2.5% to 2.7%, the SEC filing said. Each issue is subject to a mandatory purchase date ranging from March 1, 2019 through Sept. 1, 2020.
