ExamWorks to redeem $250 million 9% senior notes on May 16 at 105.888

Madison, Wis., April 24 – ExamWorks Group, Inc. plans to redeem all $250 million of its 9% senior notes due 2019 on May 16 at 105.888, according to a notice.

The company plans to fund the redemption using funds from a recent sale of new notes, as previously announced.

ExamWorks is an Atlanta-based provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, case management and related services.
