ExamWorks to redeem 9% senior notes using proceeds from new offering

New York, April 7 – ExamWorks Group, Inc. plans to redeem all $250 million of its existing 9% senior notes due 2019 using funds raised from the sale of new notes.

Proceeds from the offering of $500 million senior notes due 2023, announced Tuesday morning, will also be used to repay all outstanding borrowings under the company’s credit facility, to pay fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes, according to a news release.

ExamWorks is an Atlanta-based provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, case management and related services.
