Exaeris, Inyx USA unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, July 13 - Exaeris, Inc. and Inyx USA, Ltd.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the Inyx, Inc. U.S. subsidiaries' Chapter 11 case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee is comprised of Pamela Paschal of Accentia Pharmaceuticals, Tampa, Fla.; Michael P. Ryan of Ventiv Commercial Services, LLC, Somerset, N.J.; and Niraj Ganatra of the International Union of United Auto Workers, Detroit.

Inyx is a pharmaceutical company based in New York that develops drug delivery technologies and products for the treatment of respiratory, allergy, dermatological, topical and cardiovascular conditions. The U.S. subsidiaries were placed in bankruptcy on July 2, and their Chapter 11 case number is 07-10887.
